Improving the customer journey involves organizing how content is displayed on the page, as well as how it is stored on the backend. Working alongside developers and other key stakeholders, we replaced a cumbersome device list page with an optimized grid. This improved visibility, reduced page load times, and allowed for more information to display in a clean layout.
